Start by disabling Bluetooth. Click Options select the Turn on numeric key pad check box and then click OK. Bring up the Control Center swipe down from the upper-right corner of the screen and then tap the Bluetooth icon to turn it off.
I guess the moral of the story is it would be helpful if BT keyboard makers would be sure to give their devices less generic names.
